RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY
INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK GIVEAWAY FOR WOMEN’S DAY
The organizer of the Giveaway is Obonjan Riviera d.d., N. Tesla 67, 22000 Šibenik
Duration and dynamics of the competition
The Giveaway will take place on the Facebook and Instagram pages of Obonjan Island Resort from 29.02.2024. to 07.03.2024. until 23:59.
Participants in the Giveaway on the publication with information about the competition must:
- follow the Instagram and Facebook pages of Obonjan Island Resort,
- sign up for the Obonjan Island Resort newsletter,
- share the post on their Instagram profile, and
- tag 3 people they would take on the trip.
Prizes
- 2x nights for 4 people in a Glamping Lodge at Obonjan Island Resort,
- breakfast included,
- return boat transport from Šibenik included.
The prize can be used during the period from 31.05.-13.06., 07.07.-20.07. and from 24.08.-05.09.
Giveaway rules
All persons over 18 years of age at the time of publication of this competition have the right to participate in the Giveaway and the right to the prize. Persons under 18 years of age do not have the right to participate in the Giveaway, and if it is determined that the selected winner did not comply with the conditions of the competition, i.e., did not have reached 18 years of age at the time of publication of the Giveaway, they will be excluded from the Giveaway, and the prize will not be awarded to them.
The organizer of the Giveaway reserves the right to interrupt the prize draw in the event of an unforeseen situation over which the Organizer cannot influence.
Participants who do not fulfill all the conditions of the Giveaway will not be considered.
Employees of the Organizer with their immediate family (parents, spouse, children, sisters, and brothers) cannot participate in the Giveaway.
Announcement of the winner and prize collection
The winner of the Giveaway will be marked in the comment below the Giveaway post on 08.03.2024. and in the Story on the Instagram profile of Obonjan Island Resort, and the winner will be selected randomly.
The winner must provide contact information to reserve the desired dates of stay. The prize is realized at Obonjan Island Resort.
Use of personal data
By participating in the Giveaway, the participant gives explicit consent to the organizer to collect, process, and use their personal data (name, surname, address, mobile phone number or telephone number, email address) for the purposes of conducting the competition.
The Organizer will take all reasonable necessary measures to ensure that the personal data of the participants in the prize draw are processed and used securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data collected for the purpose of conducting this Giveaway will not be used for other purposes unless the participant gives separate consent for it.
Resolution of complaints and validity of rules
All complaints and objections are resolved by the Organizer. In the case of justified complaints, the Organizer undertakes to correct the deficiencies as soon as possible and inform the participant or if necessary other participants.
The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules of this competition. Participants will be informed about any rule changes via the Instagram and Facebook pages of Obonjan Island Resort.
In case of a dispute between the Organizer and the participants of this prize draw, the Municipal Civil Court in Šibenik has jurisdiction.
