WHAT ARE PARKING AND TRANSFER OPTIONS?

Personal vehicles are not allowed on the Island of Obonjan and must remain parked on the mainland. In the island there are only vehicles that are used by the resort. We suggest using the public parking area located in Šibenik. Then you can take the boat to arrive at Obonjan Island Resort. For further info please visit: Travel Information page

IS THIS AN ADULTS-ONLY ISLAND?

No, Obonjan Island Resort welcomes all guests to visit the island.

IS THERE MEDICAL SERVICE ON THE ISLAND?

Feel safe on the island. Medical care on the island is organized through a small private medical center equipped for urgent and other acute health conditions that may occur. Medical services are available the whole season – 24/7, and the payment needs to be done at the location.

IS THE WATER ON THE ISLAND SUITABLE FOR DRINKING?

Yes. Tap water on the island is safe to drink. However, every drop matters, so please use it efficiently.

ARE PETS WELCOME?

Pets are allowed on the island with an additional surcharge.

RESTAURANTS, BARS & WINE POSSIBILITIES

There are several restaurants and bars on the island which serve primarily Mediterranean cuisine but offer a variety of international flavors and vegetarian and vegan specialties. The wine selection is from the finest Croatian vineyards. Restaurants and Bars

IS THERE A GROCERY STORE ON THE ISLAND?

There is a small store on the island where you can buy some hygiene necessities, drinks, snacks, cigarettes and souvenirs.

WHAT CAN I DO FOR FUN ON THE ISLAND (AMENITIES)?

IS THERE AN ATM ON THE ISLAND?

No, there is no ATM on the island.

WHAT IS THE ELECTRICITY VOLTAGE IN CROATIA?

Croatian standard voltage is 230 V, and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances in Croatia if the standard voltage in your country is between 220 – 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia, and most of Asia and Africa). You might also consider a combined power plug adapter/voltage converter. For Croatia, there are two associated plug types, types C and F. Plug type C is the plug that has two round pins. Plug type F is the plug that has two round pins with two earth clips on the side.

IS LATE CHECK-OUT POSSIBLE?

Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional cost. If you wish to request a late check-out, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at info@obonjan.hr. We are more than happy to store your bags until your departure time.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Standard check-in time is from 3 pm, and check-out time is until 10 am. Once you step on the island you can leave your luggage at the port and we will transfer it to your accommodation. For your check out, please leave your luggage in the designated areas and we will transfer it to the boat for your departure.
