Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure day.
Late check-out may result in extra charge.
The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.

Obonjan Island Resort reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.
Cancellation policy
The reservation will be held by 24:00 hrs. on arrival date
In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 100,00 % of the reservation value.
In case of cancellation 300-15 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 0.00% of the reservation value.
In case of cancellation 14-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value.

If you book your accommodation directly on Obonjan’s website or through our reservation number or email we guarantee the best online rate.
If you find your reservation on another website at a lower rate, please contact us at booking@obonjan.hr. We will match the rate of the other deal if the following conditions apply:
You have contacted us after making the reservation with all the details of the other deal including a link to the offer on the website and the exact price being quoted.
The other deal is bookable online and is still available when we check.
The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions as the ones you have obtained in your reservation. This means:
It is the same property
It is the same accommodation type.
It is for the same period of stay, same number of guests and same currency.
It has the same room conditions which includes the meal plan, cancellation policy, package offer, length of stay, etc.
The conditions of your booking with us still allow penalty-free cancellations and modifications.
The guarantee is applied to the total price for the entire stay rather than to the price for one or several days during the stay.
If we can’t match the rate of the other deal because one of the above conditions is different, you still keep your existing reservation – including the cancellation policy.
Our Best Price Guarantee offer does not apply if:
You book through a website that doesn’t reveal which property or accommodation type you’ll be staying at until after you’ve booked.
You book using Special membership rates, frequent stayer rates, Loyalty points or any reward program.
You don’t contact us until 15 days before your arrival.

No Prepayment is required when booking your accommodation. Payment is needed at the moment of departure from the island.
